Thermoformed antistatic trays are a standard packaging requirement in the semiconductor and electronic connector industry.

Extreme precision in design and production are necessary for the unforgiving robotic manufacturing processes the trays endure. 

Our trays can be designed to hold multiple parts or customized to hold just one or several parts.  The design options and uses are limitless.        

Generally, throughout all manufacturing and crossing over into all industries there are few products that are not manufactured, packaged and / or shipped in a thermoformed plastic enclosure. 

Typically, the package includes a base carrier molded to the form of the product and a clear lid for viewing.        

Our equipment allows up to 30” x 30” of forming area primarily for HIPS, PVC and PETG materials commonly in .030 and .040 gauge thickness.
