Description
A polyester film, electrostatic dissipative, heat activateable Cover Tape, for use with carrier tapes made of Polystyrene.
Dimensions
M1-100 Cover Tape comes wound onto 3" cores, 300m. in length, and is available in the following widths (denoted in mm) 13.3, 21.0, 21.3, 25.5, 37.5, and 49.5. Slitting tolerance for all widths is +/- 0.1 mm. Custom widths and lengths are available upon request.

Designed to perform at various temperatures and dwell times within industry standards. 175° C., .1 second and 10 psi. are suggested initial settings for heat, dwell, and pressure. For stronger adhesion, use a combination of higher temperature, longer dwell time and/or increased pressure. |
